How does a Take 1 Performance membership work?
All clients train on a monthly membership that includes scheduled personal training sessions. Your membership reserves dedicated time with a coach and a structured program tailored to your goals.
When will I be billed?
Memberships are billed monthly on your enrollment date.
Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts. Memberships are month-to-month via automatic draft.

The amount of sessions you have per month are determined by your membership package.

Unused sessions do not rollover month to month.

You are allowed to cancel your membership at any time.
How do I schedule my workouts?
All sessions are scheduled through our online booking system/client app. This allows you to book, reschedule, and view your sessions at any time.

Sessions are by appointment only, you are not permitted to workout without a scheduled session.

Sessions must be booked in advance 20 minutes or more, allowing the coach to prepare for the upcoming session.

Sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance.
Can I give my sessions to someone else?
No. Memberships and sessions are non-transferable and reserved for the enrolled client only.
How do I set up multiple accounts for my family?
Each person must have their name on their account with their own email address. You cannot set up more than one account with the same email address.
